Josh R. Elstein serves as the Director of New Business at Proxy Strategic Partners. In his role as Director, Josh is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations. Instilled with a strong sense of sales, service, and problem-solving skills, Josh effectively implements these integral assets in his role as Director of New Business. Josh is known to break down barriers in the brokerage sectors and not only meet, but exceed the expectations and end goals set before him. Josh is an ambitious and affable real estate professional, with over a decade of experience. His defining qualities of dedication and determination have distinguished him as a reputable force to be reckoned with in the real estate industry. In his most recent position of Developer and Investor, Josh lent expertise to other investors, and served as Special Advisor on select projects and for non-profit organizations.

Prior to this, Josh held a leadership role at ASH NYC (ASH), where he specialized in both asset management and acquisition. Josh created critical structural and operational standardization to daily business practices, while overseeing all property operations, financial analysis, and all other aspects of acquiring, refinancing, and selling assets. Over the course of his 9-year tenure with ASH, Josh increased revenue growth for boutique hotels, commercial and residential properties New York, Rhode Island, Detroit, and Baltimore.

It’s this solid foundation of commitment, coupled with his genuine care for his clients and their unique concerns that have catapulted Josh to the top of his field, leading him to cultivate an impressive rolodex of repeat clients, investors, contractors, lenders, and brokers.

Prior to transitioning into real estate, Josh owned and operated two successful restaurants and a catering company in Westchester County, New York, where he was born and raised.

Josh received classical training at the Culinary Institute of America and the New York Real Estate Institute and currently holds a Real Estate Brokers License. He currently resides in New York City with his wife, daughter and two puppies. He enjoys traveling and photography in his spare time
